| Abstract: | This Comment intends to highlight the problems of this growing leviathan and provide solutions to combat this usurpation of power by the regulatory agencies. This Comment will proceed in the following order: first, it will demonstrate how administrative law has developed over time; second, it will draw attention to the current problems in the United States’ administrative state; third, it will present solutions through legislative and judicial action; and, finally, it will conclude by presenting a proposal that will provide the necessary foundation for bringing our federal government back to what the Founding Fathers envisioned. |
